If you are building a deep tech or B2B startup, you are likely looking for clarity on your path forward. During my time at AkzoNobel I worked in incubation and corporate venturing, supporting teams who were developing early stage technologies. I helped them pressure test opportunities, explore business models, and work through the practical steps needed to move from concept toward market validation. That work taught me how to assess ideas with a critical but constructive lens and how to find the fastest route to learning.

Today I am the co-founder and CEO of FuelFWD, a B2B SaaS company in the renewable fuels sector. Building a startup in a regulated and fast evolving market means I deal with customer discovery, product definition, fundraising, and long enterprise sales cycles every day.
